Huws Gray

The news comes purchase is just six weeks after their recent acquisition of Penrith Building Supplies and further expands Huws Gray’s reach in the North West.

Armstrongs have been trading since 2003 and has a large showroom and warehouse serving the local trades and DIY in the area.

Huws Gray director Dewi Morris said: “Following the integration of Penrith building supplies we feel very privileged to add another quality merchant into our branch network in the north west and looking forward to working with a young energetic team. We have exciting plans for the remainder of 2018 as we continue on the acquisition trail.”

As part of the company’s ambitious growth and investment plans, preparation for a new site in Whitchurch is under way. The new branch interlinks well with existing branches and offers the opportunity to bring a former brownfield site back into use and establish a fully-fledged Huws Gray branch that will generate exciting employment opportunities in the area.
