The merchant raised £8920, a new record raised at a HPS Golf Day, with the help of customers, suppliers and staff from the company’s Croydon, Lewisham and Merton branches.

Peter Wilson, sales director for HPS, said: “This superb figure was a new record raised at a HPS Golf Day and was achieved with contributions from those attending on the day along with a raffle and very successful charity auction, a huge thank you from everyone at HPS for making the day such a massive success.”

Last year HPS funded over £55,000 for GOSH and have now raised well in excess of £300,000 for the charity since the plumbers merchant started fund raising.
