Housing minister reveals new Kickstart funding

Housing minister John Healey has announced £27.5m of extra cash for 24 new Kickstart sites across the country.
He also announced three Public Land Initiative sites in Telford, Tower Hamlets and Birmingham. Between them, the three sites will be home to 469 new houses.
