Buying Craftsman Joinery will complement Northamptonshire-based Hevey’s existing product offering from its branches in Northampton and Kettering. Hevey has retained the two former directors, Keith Wade and Des Elliott.

Neil Hemmington, director of Hevey Building Supplies said, “With our two existing timber outlets in Northampton and Kettering, the purchase of Craftsman complements the services we can offer our clients. Like us, Craftsman maintained a commitment to providing excellent customer service, and this will continue.

“Our customers who use our timber outlets will now recognise we are a one stop shop for all their timber and building supplies. There will be no major changes to the everyday running of Craftsman Joinery. We believe that the combination of exceptional service, attention to quality control and amazing value for money will be further enhanced by becoming part of the largest independent builder’s merchant in Northamptonshire.”

Hevey Building Supplies celebrates its 10th anniversary next year.
