Russell Roof Tiles have strengthened forces with promotions across their regional sales team.

Three regional sales managers with a combined experience of 75 years in construction and roofing have been promoted to the role of regional sales director at Russell Roof Tiles.

The promotions see Alan Young become regional sales director North & Scotland, James Pendleton as regional sales director Midlands and South West and Paul Mcloughlin Mid Counties and Southern sales director.

James Pendleton has 14 years experience with the business and lead the team which bought successful expansion of Russells into the south west. Young started with Russells straight from university as a trainee manager in production before moving into sales. Mcloughlin was brought into Russells two years ago to launch the southern division and has 20 years experience with the company.

Managing director, Andrew Hayward said: “These promotions recognise the continued hard work of the team and their contribution to the ongoing growth and development at Russells. These new roles demonstrate my support and confidence in Alan, James and Paul and their pivotal position in helping develop the business.
