Hanson Formpave, the specialist concrete paving products manufacturers, have launched the Aquaflow ML45 and Royal Forrest ML45 rectangular blocks that are ideal for the machine laying process.
The new optimised designs allow the block paving to be laid by a specialist machine improving quality, accuracy, speed and reducing the requirement for manual labour.
Machine laying block paving is becoming the most practical solution for installing paving on larger sites, such as surfacing streets and roads. The ability to install vast amounts of product without a large workforce onsite, therefore reducing the health and safety regulation requirements, is of huge benefit for numerous projects.
Hanson Formpave’s new block design allows the efficient installation of rectangular paving in a 45 degree herringbone pattern and is available in a vast range of colours. It comes on pallets with 64 pavers per layer and seven layers per pack. Each layer is lifted from the pallet and placed as a complete panel, making the entire laying process only a two-person operation.
