Halstead Boilers launch telemarketing division

Halstead Boilers have launched their first dedicated telemarketing division, with the appointment of two new telemarketing executives, Wayne Perkins and Katie Best.

Perkins has spent 10 years driving sales for major brands, which includes four years spent at Baxi. Best brings with her three years experience of working in various client liaison roles for a range of major organisations.

The new division will be responsible for forging solid relationships with new and existing customers across the country and promoting the recently expanded range of products and related business services.

Talking about the new team, marketing director, Gren Ward said: “Following recent changes, having redefined and extended our product portfolio and launched a number of new customer initiatives, we believe we now have one of the most competitive offers on the market. As such, our current focus is to both reengage with present and past customers, as well as those who are new to the brand.”
