Haemmerlin obtain new stockists thanks to IBC

UK wheelbarrow manufacturer Haemmerlin has seen a growth in stockists and sales thanks to a promotion run by independent builders merchant buying group IBC.
The manufacturer has obtained 35 new stockists across the UK thanks to the marketing of IBC, who sent out the promotion to all of its members.

Haemmerlin managing director, Owen Evans, said: “When we decided to run this promotion through IBC we were hoping to obtain a few new stockists but never thought we would get as much success as we have seen. The relationship that Haemmerlin has developed with IBC has been extremely positive from the start. The proactive approach of IBC in helping not only their members but also their approved suppliers has given us a great deal of confidence for the future.”

Since IBC recently announced their 150th member, they have now signed on their 162nd member and with more in the pipeline their strength continues to grow.

John Brett, IBC’s sales director, said: “We are delighted not only to see such a tremendous growth in Haemmerlin sales through IBC members, but to be promoting such market leading brands within our group.

“From the results that we’ve been getting we can see the construction industry is getting stronger. We are thrilled that Haemmerlin has been receiving such great results and we are working hard with all of our suppliers to ensure that we can get the same results throughout our membership.”
