Grange acquire Weston Fencing

Grange Fencing have agreed to acquire the business and assets of Weston Fencing at Crediton, in Devon for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition includes the goodwill and order book of Weston Fencing and it is hoped to have the deal finalised by January.

Grange’s Managing Director Duncan Hill said: “We are very pleased to be acquiring a well known and well respected fence manufacturer that will extend the reach of Grange Fencing in the South West. This acquisition is consistent with our strategy and will add value to our portfolio and overall business.”

Grange Fencing bought Britannia Garden Products in 2006.
