Graham Plumbers’ Merchant has made changes to its successful loyalty scheme, The Plumbers’ Club, making it easier for members to qualify for – and redeem – rewards.
Focused on offering ‘quick wins’, rewards will no longer be reliant on meeting a sales target. Instead promotional periods are divided into quarterly themes, with the aim of rewarding members regularly throughout the year. Rewards will range from crates of ale, to theme park tickets, summer festival passes and luxury holidays.
Now on a points-based system, members will gain one point per pound (ex VAT) spent in branch. Customers will be able to start earning these points straight away. Any old style ‘coins’ already earned by members of the scheme in 2017 will be transferred into points.
