Graham Plumbers’ Merchant launches mobile-friendly website

In response to the growing number of customers using mobile and tablet devices to visit their online offering, plumbers merchant Graham has launched a new responsive website designed to make browsing and ordering easier for its customers.

The plumbers merchant noted a 60% increase in the level of customers visiting the Graham website using mobile and tablet devices in the eight months leading up to the launch of the all new responsive website.

Graham recognised that the increase in online customer presence would continue to grow and as such, updated its website in response, designed to make it as simple as possible for visitors to view and order online.

The Graham website, compatible with all smartphone and tablet devices, contains information relating to its five divisions – heating, heating spares, plumbing & plastics, bathrooms and tools & materials – many of which can be ordered directly via the website.

As well as providing details on money saving offers, promotions and new products, the website provides additional information on the company’s reward scheme, The Plumbers’ Club alongside links to Channel Graham – Graham’s regularly updated blog, as well as Graham’s showroom website and its online brochure library.
