Going deeper in the grind with FEIN

Power tool manufacturer FEIN has launched a new range of straight grinders that FEIN claims to have the largest plunge on the market. Also available with ErgoGrip, FEIN’s new grip concept that incorporates an extended handle, making it safer to use as it allows the user to grip the tool from the rear, moving the cutter’s hand away from the cutting blade.

Available in three performance classes, FEIN GSZ 4 (350 W), FEIN GSZ 8 (750 W), and FEIN GSZ 11 (1010 W), the new range features a 173mm slim collar that allows reach at difficult spots, like the insides of narrow pipes. The new range is ideal for deburring, sanding, cleaning, rust removal, brushing, salting-finishing, and polishing.

The FEIN GSZ 4,is well suited to light-duty sanding, with varying speeds between 3,500 and 28,000 rpm. The GSZ 8 is available with either a long or short collar, and is fitted with gear reduction, making it powerful at lower speeds. The GSZ 11, for heavy duty sanding and polishing, features the new ErgoGrip handle concept for fatigue-free working.
