Filling the GAP

Trade home improvement stockist GAP have started their 2008 expansion programme by trebling the size of their Wirral trade counter.

Filling the GAP

The 1,500sq ft trade counter has been made even more customer-friendly with a wider variety of products available, which customers can pick up off the shelves.

Wirral depot manager Danny Cavanagh says: “Our customers can now get all the products they want from the Wirral depot so they don’t need to go to several suppliers. The expanded depot also allows us to serve our customers more effectively.”

The refurbishment is tpart of the company’s drive to become a one-stop-shop for installers diversifying into home improvement services. The programme includes further expansion of GAP’s existing network and opening new depots across the country.

GAP recently added more than 500 products to their range including grained fascias and cladding, Tudor boards, cast iron effect rainwater goods, plastering products, electrical power tools, skylights, insulation and loft hatches.
