Builders merchants Elliotts have launched the first phase of their new digital strategy, a website focused on helping people build.
The website centres on sharing their 170 years experience within the building trade, including a section called “What we know” which offers users knowledge of latest products and techniques through a list of popular categories and search option.
Designed and built by integrated marketing communications agency Carswell Gould, the website will be accessible from smart phones and tablets, an essential feature for builders and buyers.
Phase two of the website will see on-site ordering, allowing clients to make orders on the job. Featuring a new store finder and interactive map, users will be able to locate their nearest store, and a new improved portal will allow users to access their account and check their orders and spend.
