Mira have added two brand new models in the electric shower category adding both style and functionality: the Orbis and the Elevate.
The Orbis is a thermostatic shower with LCD technology with a similar pricepoint to the existing Mira Escape.
Marketing manager Roger Crabb explains the benefits: “The Mira range didn’t offer LCD technology in its electric shower range before. The new Orbis provides a link between the traditional ‘white box’ on the wall and the very stylish, design led Azora and Galena products and will support and strengthen Mira’s electrics range.
“The inclusion of a clock is a first in the shower market as no other electric shower has a clock. Orbis will fulfil the need for a stylish upper-mid market thermostatic electric shower with visual display and high power option – a 10.8kW version is available as part of the range.”
Easy to install and backed by a two-year guarantee, the Orbis is available in 9.0kW, 9.8kW and 10.8kW versions. It features a Clearscale heater tank to reduce limescale by up to 50% and Sensi-flo technology, which turns off the heat if water flow is restricted.
Elevate is a shower and storage solution in one. For those for whom space is a premium in the bathroom, Elevate incorporates an integral storage compartment, a coloured, removable soapdish and a flat top surface to act as a storage shelf.
Additionally, the storage compartment has a removable mirror, ideal for shaving, and hanging space has been designed into the bottom of the slidebar for shower cloths and sponges.
The unit comes in 9.5kW and 10.8kW options, carries a two-year guarantee and features a stylish satin finish slidebar with chrome detailing, swivel clamp bracket and anti-scale showerhead in a choice of white or chrome.
