Economy takes centre stage at BMF Members Day

The economy and the UK housing market are the subjects of the keynote speeches at the 2010 BMF Members Day which takes place tomorrow.
Following the BMF AGM & Review, Anthony Hilton, Chief Economist of the Evening Standard will take to the stage. His topic is : What will be the country’s short and medium term economic fortunes with a new Government having to grapple with the post recession deficit?

Following Hilton’s macro-economic view, the next speaker gets a little closer to home. Roger Humber, consultant to the House Builders Association, will look at ‘The UK Housing Market for the next five years’ and what the foreseeable future might hold for the building sector specifically.

The event is at the Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel,

Meriden, Warwickshire.

Buildersmerchantsjournal.net will be filming the event, live-Tweeting from the speeches and the workshops and reporting in full on the special-micro-site.

Watch out on Twitter for the #BMFDay hashtag to get on-the-spot updates.
