E.Tupling hosts annual outdoor event

E.Tupling hosted its much anticipated annual event on May 11. The outdoor event, held at their Warrington Distribution centre attracted more than 150 merchant customers, as well as manufacturers and other key industry personnel.

24 of the leading UK Building Plastics and Underfloor Heating Manufacturers, who E.Tupling distribute for, fully championed the event and each showcased several new ranges, conducted demonstrations and offered free samples.

E.Tupling utilised the event as a platform to also launch its new underfloor heating, ventilation and renewables capabilities. A dedicated renewables event zone provided the opportunity to demonstrate their manufacturers’ product ranges from air source heat pumps, pre-insulated pipe and mechanical ventilation heat recovery to brand new underfloor heating systems.

Claire Briars, marketing manager at E. Tupling, said: “The entire day was meticulously planned to provide an informative and captivating networking experience; including personalised guided tours of our 25,000sq.ft. warehouse and offices, free food and drink all day, and 24 market-leading manufacturer exhibitions. The event also provided an opportunity to raise vital funds for our corporate charity, The Warrington Wolves Charitable Foundation. More than £500 was raised for the charity throughout the day, even Wolfie, the Rugby Team’s mascot even made a special appearance”.

Neil Kelly, director at the Warrington Wolves Charitable Foundation, said: “We are thrilled and extremely thankful to our Business Patron, E.Tupling for inviting us to the event and for supporting us by donating all of the funds raised from their raffle to our charity. Thanks to the generosity of their customers, staff and supplier partners, the money raised this week will go a long way in helping the foundation continue to deliver projects in the Warrington community, that really makes a difference and changes lives.”

A big thank you also to our manufacturing partners for all their support. It was clear to see that they relished the opportunity to showcase their new and innovative products, especially within our dedicated Renewables and UFH Zone, to both our plumbers and builders merchant customers. The turnout was truly humbling and we are fiercely proud to host what has become THE outside event of the year within our sector!”
