Dunlop Adhesives are offering stockists access to a new, brand-focused training course designed to give staff the skills and confidence to improve sales performance and enhance the customer experience.
The one-day courses will be held at the company’s purpose-built training centre in Stoke and are open to both new and existing stockists. Each course consists of a mix of presentations and product demonstrations, delivered by key members of the Dunlop Adhesives’ team – including highly experienced, professional tile fixers and sales trainers.
In particular, those attending are offered an insight into the advantages of being supported by a global brand, training on simple and effective sales techniques, an introduction to tiling practices and an overview of the benefits of the Dunlop Adhesives’ product range.
Dunlop Adhesives product manager Alex Underwood said: “We have introduced easy-to-follow ‘how-to guides’ available either as a hard copy, on-line or by WAP direct to a mobile phone, as well as colour-coded packaging to simplify the process of product selection and application for the end-user.
“Stockists meanwhile can call on a whole selection of attention demanding Point-of-Sale materials to help them sell increased volumes of Dunlop Adhesives’ products. The retail course is a natural extension of this and should help merchants to bolster their success still further.”
