Drakes Plumbing Supplies appoints new managing director

Andy Clark started his career in the City at Lazard Brothers studying their role in the buying and selling of Treasury Bills, Gilts and Certificates of Deposit. He left this position to join the wholesale side of the Global Money Markets, going on to raise company profiles in London, North America, Hong Kong and the Middle East.

He says: “I am genuinely excited about the challenge of joining Drakes. I have a lot of experience of working with teams of sales and service orientated staff and the customer service ethos prevalent at Drakes appealed to me. I look forward to helping the company improve on the good service that it already enjoys a strong reputation for.”

David Aisher, chairman of Drakes Plumbing Supplies says: “I am delighted to welcome Andy to the company and look forward to working closely with him in the future. Andy shares my vision for Drakes and has the focus to not only help us build on our strengths but also deliver some important improvements, which will further enhance the service we offer to customers.”
