TIMco, UK independent supplier of screws, fasteners and fixings as well as power tool accessories, has unveiled its new circular saw blades that are designed to give a professional cut to hardwood, softwood, MDF, chipboard, aluminium and plastic.
The new circular saw blades, which are part of the Addax range, have been manufactured using the latest state of the art techniques and raw materials to give a high quality product at an affordable price. The blades have a fully hardened steel body with expansion slots to resist blade deflection, silver brazed tips to ensure adhesion to the body and copper inserts fitted to the aluminium blades to help dissipate heat and reduce the risk of blade deflection.
All of the new circular saw blades have high quality European carbide tips to maximise the blade’s life and the blades have an anodised finish which protects the blades against corrosion in order to guarantee maximum performance and a longer life.
Simon Midwood, managing director of TIMco, said: “We’ve worked hard to design and produce a range of high quality circular saw blades suitable for a full range of wooden, aluminium and plastic materials. The design of the blades and quality of materials used will help ensure a high level of performance and the additional functionality that is so important in today’s marketplace.”
