Crown Paints management completes buy out deal

The management team of Crown Paints have today completed the multi million pound buy-out of the business from parent company, Akzo Nobel.
The deal, which was backed by professional investors, Endless LLP, will enable the management team to take Crown Paints forward as an independent British company and cement its position as one of the market leaders in decorative coatings.

The management team, made up of Howard Luft (CEO), Eric Mullholland (Finance Director) and Joe Devitt (Retail Director), will be focussed on driving the business forward and in particular identifying key areas that require investment.
