Covers’ team grows mo’s

This November staff from independent builders merchant Covers Timber & Builders Merchants are taking part in the annual Movember charity appeal, growing moustaches for the entire month of November.
The annual Movember charity campaign is now supported by over 1.1 million people worldwide, all pledging to forsake shaving for the month.

The money raised by the UK participants all goes towards funding programmes directed by Movember and their partners Prostate Cancer UK and the Institute of Cancer Research

Covers will be holding a launch event on Thursday Movember 1 at the branch in Chichester when men can come down to the Covers branch on Quarry Lane and pledge their allegiance to the cause. On the day, those signing up will be given a welcome goody bag which includes free goodies and a fundraising kit.

All those attending the launch and those unable to make it can sign up and join the Covers Movember team – Covers Mo Bros – at www.covers.biz. By signing up, not only will the tache lovers be joining a team of like minded folk, but their family, friends and colleagues will also be able to sponsor them directly and leave them words of encouragement.
