The initiative already has support from SIG and trade association FIS who are set to be joined by a host of others.

Taking place 17-23 October, the week will see activities to show all great aspects of the industry while raising funds for their chosen causes, including The Prince’s Trust and CRASH.

Construction United will be working to build on the sectors reputation as a ‘collaborative, caring sector’. Construction United want the construction industry to lead the way in addressing mental health stigma by working with the Time To Change campaign , lead by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness to help tackle worker wellbeing and raise money for Mind.

Construction United is calling on the construction industry and beyond to pledge their support by signing up online and taking part in some of the activities planned in 2016, while giving your business the chance to have some fun and raise funds for a number of worthwhile causes alongside tackling some of the most serious challenges the sector faces.
