Clubs bowled over by Build Center

The nationwide event encourages cricket supporters, their friends and families to volunteer to undertake major renovations to their local clubhouse and grounds.

Build Center is also offering all NatWest CricketForce registered clubs the opportunity to sign up for its privilege card and receive substantial discounts off its product range.

Build Center managing director Paul Gordon said, “We are delighted to have been involved in this hugely successful initiative and give something back to local communities. In addition to donating various building materials and offering significant discounts, many of our employees were among the volunteers working hard at improving cricket clubs across the country.”

Build Center’s donations included a new kitchen and paving slabs to Lisvane Cricket Club in Cardiff, paint and brushes to Portland Cricket Club and ten pallets of Marshalls Saxon paving and Blue Circle Mastercrete cement to Hertford Cricket Club, which was one of the five ‘showcase’ clubs in the 2008 event.
