Chandlers named as Sussex Super Growth finalist

Independent builders merchant Chandlers Building Supplies has been named as a finalist in the Sussex Super Growth 2015 awards.

The awards celebrate companies turning over more than £1m a year in the county that are achieving sustainable growth, creating jobs and helping to build up the economy.

Chandlers’ commercial director Richard Skinner says: “The industry did suffer during the recent recession, but we’re pleased to be coming through that now and there is a renewed buoyancy. Throughout the period, we took measures to ensure that we continued to meet our customers’ requirements and develop the business, and I believe it is this that has helped us to be where we are today.

“We’re delighted that our continued growth has been recognised by the Sussex Super Growth awards and we are looking positively to the future.”
