Chandlers announce Seahaven Cycle sponsorship

Chandlers Building Supplies is delighted to announce its sponsorship of Cycle Seahaven, allowing the team to buy new jerseys, so members can stand out during town and countryside rides.

The family friendly club, which has cyclists ranging from 10 to 70-years-old, organises various rides across the region for all abilities, takes part in two-wheeled charity events and campaigns to improve access and facilities for cyclists in the Seaford, Newhaven and Peacehaven area.

Kate Carver from Cycle Seahaven commented:

“We would like to say a big thank you to Chandlers for supporting our club. The club formed in 2009 and our aim was, and still is to get people on their bikes; since then we have grown considerably. We are an inclusive club, seeking to encourage people of all ages, abilities and cycling interests to do more cycling and share its enjoyment.

“Cycling is a sport that can be loved by all members of the family and, thanks to the support from businesses like Chandlers, we are able to continue to encourage people to get involved and be active.”
