Champion Timber invest in local team

The Sutton branch of Champion Timber, has again invested in their local football team, Sutton United. The company is sponsoring the team’s white and red away kit for the new 2016/2017 season.

Sutton United has gone from strength to strength under the management of Paul Doswell and the coaching of Ian Baird. The team has been promoted to the National Vanarama League and is currently placed 13th.

“We relish being involved with the local communities of our ten branches and the Sutton arm has supported Sutton United for many years. The team had a phenomenal last season and it looks like this new one won’t be any different. We would like to wish the team good luck for all of their upcoming games.”

Graham Baker, Commercial Manager of Sutton United, said:

“We are a solid local team, doing great things, and are grateful for all help and support we receive. The team would like to say thank you to Champion Timber for sponsoring our away kits.”
