The Guildford branch of Champion Timber recently congratulated a member of staff for 10-years of continued excellent service to the company.
Desk sales supervisor, Adam Gowan, joined Champion in 2007 from an advertising sales role and had to learn everything about the industry. Gowan was thanked for his decade of fantastic customer service, his reliability and for the support he gives the desk sales team.
Chris Bergin, Branch Manager at Champion Guildford, commented: “Adam is a highly-respected and valuable member of the team. He knows our product range inside out and is always happy to give advice to our customers. He has certainly played a part in us developing an extremely loyal customer base and it was a pleasure to present him with a voucher for Zizzi so he could enjoy a meal on Champion Timber.”
Adam Gowan added: “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the past 10 years at Champion Timber, in particular building relationships with our customers. We have a great team at Guildford and, led by Chris, we always support each other to provide the best possible service.”
