CDS looks to save with MAM Software

CDS says that they’re looking to go green and cut down on their paper usage after choosing to employ Trader MAM Software’s flagship business management software. Cutting their paper usage will help them save around £300 a month in postage costs.

CDS says they chose Trader over other available products as they felt the system was the most suited to their business.

Jim Le Lievre, CDS managing director, said: “We want a fresh start. We need to rollout a system more suited to our type of business, as our current software isn’t designed for what we want to do.

“Trader looks simple to use and appears understandable. We don’t want to implement an overly complicated system, and Trader has looked the most user-friendly package available to us from day one.

“We want to cut down on our paper usage and subsequently save money on our postage costs. We’re currently spending around £600 a month in postage and we want to try and cut that by half, by taking advantage of features such as the electronic signature capture and being able to email invoices. Having less post to send will also save our accounts personnel time that could be spent elsewhere in the business.”

Ben Whitehouse, MAM Software senior sales manager, said: “We’re delighted that CDS has chosen Trader as its business management solution.

“Trader features a wealth of functionality that will help CDS manage its business efficiently and effectively. We’re confident that Trader will bring a range of benefits to CDS, and we’re looking forward to working with the company in the future.”
