Bushboard re-launches Prima laminate range

Worktop manufacturer Bushboard is re-launching its premium laminate range, Prima, with new designs, textures, luxury island units and slimline worktops.

Bushboard re-launches Prima laminate range

Prima will be the first laminate range to offer the UK market 22mm Slimline worktops and breakfast bars reflecting the design trend for thinner materials and it comes on the back of a £2m investment in postforming technology. All Prima products, including the new Slimline surfaces, feature Bushboard’s unique Q3 profile that enhances the worksurface with a slab cut, linear aesthetic.

Another first is the availability of a new dedicated island unit size of 3000 x 1205mm offering the design flexibility to create luxury island units at affordable prices for the mainstream consumer. This new size is available in all six new Slimline designs plus three best-selling 38mm designs.

Seven of the 10 new designs add to the popular True Scale family, which mirrors the luxurious looks of natural granite, stone and marble at a more affordable price point. These are Soapstone Sequoia in the new Honed texture, Crema Mascarello, Pearl Marble, Antique Marble and Lightning Marble in the Etchings texture and Jet Sequoia and Marbled Cappuccino in Radiance texture.

New splashbacks include Ragged Copper in the new MTF texture, Dogbone Earth, Dogbone Storm, Burgundy, Pumice, Kashmir, Maui and Crystal White in addition to ten which match the new worktops.

Prima now offers a choice of 57 worktop designs in ten textures all with matching upstands, together with a choice of 36 splashbacks. Prima offers the flexibility of 3m, 3.6m and 4m worktop lengths in 22mm, 30mm and 40mm thicknesses plus 3m island units in 22mm or 40mm, with matching slab end panels.

The full Prima offer is available ex-stock nationwide through 24 distributors. A brand new POS package is available for retailers including a lifestyle brochure, swatches and sample blocks, and special display terms are available for the new introductions.

The range will available from the 1st August.
