Builders merchant launches new renewable energy division.

Builders merchant the Deepings Trading Company has launched Eco Building Products, a new division dedicated to renewable energy products.

Based at the merchant’s Eco Innovation Centre in Peterborough, the company also has a dedicated website, www.eco-building-products.co.uk, and a showroom in Market Deeping.

The new company offers a wide range of high quality renewable energy and sustainable building products including heat pumps, solar panels, under floor heating, thermal insulation, timber frame and cladding, water saving plumbing and rainwater harvesting.

Deepings Trading operations director Ian Greenfield says: “Eco Building Products was established to cater for the growing market in renewable products and energy saving solutions for the building industry.

“We are passionate about the wide range of eco friendly products that is now available to the building industry. These products offer practical alternatives to more traditional building materials and are designed to reduce energy costs and carbon emissions.
