Housing developer GreenSquare has partnered with builders’ merchants Buildbase to open a new dedicated stores facility in Calne.
The new stores facility, located on Oxford opened today (February 20).
Buildbase, owned by Grafton Group plc, will now manage the supply of all building materials to Greensquare’s property services teams from the new branch in Calne, and via other branches in Cowley in Oxford and Gloucester.
Charles Hyde, Greensquare’s procurement transformation lead, said: “We are looking forward to opening this new stores facility. With this new depot, and thanks to this partnership, our trades teams will spend less time travelling to get materials, and will therefore be able to offer a faster, and more cost efficient repairs and maintenance service to our customers across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire.
