Mike Chaldecott, the managing director of plaster and plasterboard supplier British Gypsum, is running in the London marathon on Sunday in aid of construction industry charity CRASH.

CRASH gets one entry into the London Marathon every five years, so the charity is keen to raise as much sponsorship as possible.
Chaldecott, a Trustee and long-term supporter of CRASH, said: “When CRASH asked me to participate in the 2010 Virgin London Marathon, I jumped at the chance. Not only am I an avid sportsman but CRASH is a charity I truly believe in. Please donate as much as you can to help support the work CRASH do and keep me motivated while I train for this 26 mile challenge.”
