Border unveils new CRM facility for CounterAct

Builders merchant computer softwarecompany Border will release a new customer relationship management module in the upcoming CounterAct issue 2.2B.

This new feature will make it easier for its CounterAct users to track customer activity and plan and execute marketing campaigns. Users will be able to setup multiple contacts for each customer and store individual marketing information against each contact.

The system will have facilities to log, track and report on customer activity and set reminders and tasks for follow up. Users will be able to setup their own CRM analysis codes and run reports and campaigns based on the results.

CounterAct users will be able to set up mass communication marketing campaigns via email, fax, text or mail shot.

All CounterAct customers will receive this enhancement as part of their support contract.
