BMF to act on Government’s Kingfisher credit scheme

Builders merchants’ organisation the Builders Merchants Federation is interested in setting up a scheme similar to a Government pilot exercise which will offer exztended credit to trade customers of B&Q and Screwfix.
The BMF says that the announcement last week by Business Minister, Michael Fallon MP, on starting a pilot exercise to enable small builders and construction businesses to obtain non-bank lending from brett.amphlett@bmf.org.uk
