Builders merchants organisation the Builders Merchants Federation welcomes Rudridge as its latest member.
Rudridge, who will join on the 1st April, is the largest company in the independent buying group H&B Group with a projected turnover for 2014 of £40m.
Formed 13 years ago by Robert Rudd and Alan Betteridge, it now has four branches and employs some 60 staff.
Darren Price, business development manager for Rudridge, said: “Rudridge is delighted to become part of the BMF at a time when membership is growing at such a pace.”
