BMF books celebrity customer service expert for All-Industry Conference

Customer experience guru Geoff Ramm has been confirmed to speak at the BMF All Industry Conference 2021, next June.

The author of Celebrity Service Ramm, whose  clients include Emirates, Warner Brothers and McDonalds, has challenged and inspired audiences across 43 countries to create award-winning ideas to outperform the competition.

Ramm spoke five years ago at the BMF All Industry Conference in Malta, where he introduced builders merchants and suppliers to the concept of OMG marketing.

Ramm will also host the Conference’s Marketing Workshop – one of four taking place at the event – which will be sponsored by MRA and chaired by Mark Mallinder, Chairman of the BMF Marketing Forum and Marketing Director of EH Smith. The pair also teamed up for a similar exercise at the Malta Conference.

The dual-centre BMF All Industry Conference 2021 takes place in Harrogate and York from 17-20 June.
