BES Ltd, the mail order plumbing and heating distributor has launched its new catalogue along with an improved collection service.
The catalogue features all BES’s 15,000 product lines available on a next-day basis to plumbing and heating engineers from the company’s 77,000 square foot state of the art warehouse in Birmingham.
Marketing manager John Quigley said: “Our collection service has also been improved as customers in the local Birmingham area had requested Saturday morning collections in addition to midweek. Emergencies do happen and so specialist products are now available for collection within one hour of placing the order. Our dedicated team fully understands how important this service is to our customers. I am pleased to say the response has been very positive”
