Distributor of kitchen, bathroom and heating products, bcg, has appointed Steve Egerton as its new marketing manager.
Egerton joins bcg from the sports and leisure industry, where he was marketing manager for over 12 years at Pure Fishing, part of US Fortune 500 company, Jarden.
His new role at bcg sees him responsible for all the marketing within the brand. Brochures, promotional activity, trade advertising, websites, social media and customer-facing PR are all under his remit.
“I’m thrilled to take up this new position at bcg and look forward to working with our impressive team to build on bcg’s continuing success. I’m particularly excited to be working closely with our merchant and retail customer base to provide a high level of business support,” he said.
Egerton started in his new role on 2 January 2014.
