The Loyalty Magazine Awards celebrate excellence, innovation and best practice in the loyalty industry across, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Each finalist in the Best Loyalty Programme category was assessed on the following criteria: value to the customer, commercial benefits for the brand and the business user, and innovation.

Baxi Works is built around core benefits that really matter to installers. It includes a handy Toolbelt app, allowing installers to scan barcodes and register boilers for warranty, Gas Safe and to earn reward points, while they are on site, and features automated service reminders to their customers, reducing their admin.

Baxi fought off competition from international brands such as British Airways, Schneider Electric and Pallas Foods to win the award.

The judge’s comments were: “This programme offers rewards, personalisation and support, making it easy for the boiler guys. This company takes the trouble to research and understand their needs, providing not just technology answers but practical help. It is qualitative play, and the numbers are good.”

Commenting on the win, Dave Cook, sales director at Baxi, said: “I’m delighted that Baxi Works has been recognised internationally as a best practice loyalty scheme, and would like to thank everyone involved.

“Baxi Works has always been about rewarding, prioritising and supporting the installers that fit our products. We carried out extensive research to fully understand their wants and needs. We then completely rebuilt our loyalty programme around these, including providing installers with an app so they can scan barcodes and register boilers while they are on site.

“It’s our installers who really make this scheme work. With their feedback, we have designed a programme that helps them to build their business while saving them money and time. And it doesn’t stop there, we will continue to add new features and benefits as long as installers want them.”

Rachel Brown, Baxi Marketing Manager responsible for Works, added: “We see Works as a Baxi family and thank our installers for everything they have done for us.”

Baxi Works membership gives installers priority call out with Baxi Customer Support, free Gas Safe notifications, easy warranty registration, technical help, free annual service reminders and a Baxi Toolbelt App. Plus, for every appliance registered, Baxi will give out points that can be redeemed for a number of rewards, from a new Apple iPad to a high-octane driving experience day.
