Bathroom makers focus on customer service

The Bathroom Manufacturers Association is emphasising the importance of customer service in its 2010 Bathroom Conference on October 19.
The Conference – Good Customer Service – Making Good Business Sense – will feature a line up of ten speakers with views on the customer experience and service.

Speakers include representatives from The Bank of England, Glenigan, The John Lewis Partnership, Warwick Business School and the Department of Energy and Climate Change. The key note speaker is Larry Hochman, European Business Speaker of the Year.

Special ‘day-delegate rates’ are available for those wishing to attend between 9am and 5pm and includes lunch and all refreshments and entrance to the conference exhibition.
