Sussex-based Fencing and landscaping merchant AVS Fencing and Landscaping Supplies Ltd has announced its acquisition of Bell Davis Ltd in Worthing.
Bell Davis will trade under the AVS name with effect from today (Monday November 2) and will be AVS’ 11th branch in the South of England.
AVS Managing Director, Roger Peace, said: “We are delighted to acquire this longstanding business, extending and enhancing our ability to serve customers with high quality fencing and landscaping products.
“Our expanding network means that our branches have the local knowledge and pride in serving their communities that makes AVS such a trusted name in the market.”
AVS was founded 27 years ago and became part of Lawsons Holdings in February 2020.
