Arnold Laver Timber World are proud of their staff retention record. And with more than 50 current employees having been with the company for more than 25 years they should be!
The staff, from Sheffield, Leeds, Bradford, Chesterfield and Hull, have each clocked-up more than 25 years service with the company – equating to at least 1,250 years at the national timber merchants. Around 20 employees are based at the Mosborough, Sheffield alone.
Arnold Laver md Andrew Laver says, “The amount of staff staying with the company for such a long time is remarkable and probably quite unique in this day and age.
“I am pleased that so many people enjoy working at Arnold Laver. They are the backbone of our organisation, providing the day-to-day contact with our loyal customers. Without them we wouldn’t have been able to build on our success.”
