Arbor Forest Products is set to launch its industry-leading digital asset library for Trex products in June, providing stockists with easy access to media such as images, brochures and technical information.
The North Lincolnshire-based independent timber importer and processor, which is the exclusive distributor of Trex composite decking products in the UK through its decking division, Arbordeck, is launching the portal due to customer feedback from merchants keen to offer their customers a better digital service.
As well as keeping information on the Trex brand and its products in one place for ease of access, the digital asset library ensures the accuracy of the information on Trex products. Users can be fully confident in the portal’s security, as it is password protected with access managed by Arbor Forest Products.
The launch of the asset library comes as merchants face a growing need to adapt to the ever-changing market, with a particular focus on the importance of online trading – which has been further propelled by the outbreak of Covid-19. And as the industry continues to recognise the value of well-presented social media marketing, the Trex digital asset library will provide a selection of high-quality Trex images for stockists to use.
Commenting on the launch of its Trex digital asset library, Arbor Forest Products’ managing director, Jason Ostler, said: “Arbor Forest Products is a business built on a passion for people and customer service, and this is at the heart of everything we do – which is why we’re proud to be providing our stockists with a secure digital asset library for all things Trex. Our team has worked hard to create a user-friendly portal to help Trex suppliers easily access information and media as and when required.
“This launch supports our commitment to supporting merchants in any way we can, and we’re confident that this asset portal will make things that bit easier for Trex stockists. And this is just the beginning: we’re pleased to announce that we will also be launching an Arbor Forest Products digital asset library for our timber products later this year.”
