Timber merchants Acrelane Timber are cycling 52 miles at the end of this month to raise funds for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research.
The company’s Paul Acers says: “This is a charity that is very close to our hearts and we would appreciate any help by the way of sponsorship.
The London Bikeathon 2014 is the UK’s largest charity bike ride to beat blood cancer involving over 7,000 cyclists. It is charity Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research’s flagship fundraising event. Every year 30,000 people are diagnosed with a blood cancer in the UK. At Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research their vision is to beat blood cancer, and they will not stop until they have achieved this.
