Wienerberger, the wall, roof, and landscaping supplier, has launched Load Builder, designed to help builders’ merchants manage their brick stock and storage space with a quick and easy to use online tool.
Using Load Builder, merchants can create a bespoke load by mixing and matching products from a wide selection of facing bricks, engineering bricks and special shaped bricks to fit their requirements. They can select smaller quantities of each product, allowing them to order a wider range of product in more manageable loads to suit their yard capacity.
Load Builder users simply select one of the hubs from Wienerberger’s national network and build their own custom load from the options available. The stock at each hub has been chosen based on local market requirements and includes bricks manufactured at different locations, not just the nearest factory, so a variety of products are available to customers.
By using Load Builder, merchants need not purchase more stock than they require, which can take up valuable yard space and increase capital costs. They can also experiment with different products by ordering them in smaller quantities.
