This move further strengthening its sales team as the company continues to focus on delivering the highest levels of training, service and support to meet the needs of the building products market.

D`Arcy joins Visqueen with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, having previously worked for a number of waterproofing and gas-proofing providers in product research, training and technical sales. In his new role, D`Arcy will assist specifiers and contractors in the development of specifications for waterproofing and gas protection, as well as utilising his training skills to develop new training programmes for Visqueen’s customers and staff.

“Building regulations and codes of practice for gas protection and below-ground waterproofing have evolved significantly over the past few years,” explains D`Arcy. “Understanding these new standards has formed a key part of Visqueen’s recent R&D and sales support programme, and it was clear to me that supporting this through the development of new training programmes was precisely the next career challenge that I was looking for.”

“We are delighted to be welcoming Steve to our team,” said Visqueen Building Products’ Sales Director, Phil Bull. “Steve’s industry experience and technical knowledge will be a real asset to our business and clearly demonstrates Visqueen’s commitment to providing our customers with the right levels of technical support.”
