Spear & Jackson woodsaw is a fast worker

The Predator Blue First Fix woodsaw from Spear & Jackson is designed to tackle all rough-sawn timber, whether cutting along or across the grain

Designed for tradespeople tackling on-site tasks it incorporates a range of features, including a new tooth set with seven point per inch for fast and accurate push-pull sawing, and a deeper gullet for increased material removal.

The rigid blade reduces whip and vibration and is claimed to be 20% more durable than standard products. The handle has a soft grip and features a finger guide for cutting accuracy.

The Predator range comprises six models, all colour coded according to application; the First Fix has a blue livery.
