RGB resigns from PHG

On Thursday 25th October 2018 PHG received notice of RGB’s board decision to resign from membership on 31st December 2018.

PHG understands RGB wishes to place their Plumbing and Heating purchases through the Fortis Purchasing Group and this decision has been taken to support the best interests of the company as a whole.

All RGB’s purchases within PHG will therefore cease on 31st December 2018 except for Instinct products, which under PHG rules extends the right to continue to purchase and sell the Instinct range until 30th June 2019.

RGB were a founder member of PHG in 2012 and we thank Kevin Fenlon for his positive support of the PHG ethos and his company’s consistent commitment to the PHG purchasing direction.

Fenlon would like to record his thanks to the PHG membership for the contribution the group have made to the success of the RGB Plumbing & Heating business and take the opportunity to wish PHG all the best for the future.
