PTS moves to Northampton

The bright red building now known as ‘PTS House’ will provide freshly refurbished office space and improved meeting facilities for the 88 plus members of staff who will be relocating from the existing base in Lutterworth.

PTS is part of the Travis Perkins Group, acquired when Travis Perkins bought rival merchanting group BSS in December 2010.

The new office has a 30kW solar PV system, an Air to Air Heat Pump and a range of other energy efficient solutions which will ensure its carbon footprint remains as small as possible.

Ian Church, managing director of PTS, said: “We’ve shared premises with our BSS Colleagues for many years and had outgrown the space, PTS House provides us with our own identity along with the further expansion opportunities”.

PTS was previously located at Magna Park in Lutterworth. This base will continue to be used as a distribution centre for BSS Industrial, which is also part of the Travis Perkins plumbing and heating division. The address of the new PTS head office is PTS House, Eldon Way, Crick, Northampton NN6 7SL.
